Patients Council

The Network employs a patients council worker to ascertain the views of patients at Little Brook Hospital on every aspect of their stay. The data is then collected and analysed and a quarterly report produced. This report is distributed to all interested stakeholders.
The Network holds a quarterly meeting with Trust management in order to discuss areas of concern or to highlight good practice.
A summary of the report is also given to the Joint Commissioning Board for Mental Health. At the same, a quarterly newsletter is created and published by the Network for inpatients and other interested parties, with articles being encouraged from service users.
