Patients Council

The Network employs a patients council worker to ascertain the views of patients at Little Brook Hospital on every aspect of their stay. The data is then collected and analysed by the Network Director who produces a quarterly report. This report is distributed to all interested stakeholders.
The Network holds a quarterly meeting with Trust management in order to discuss areas of concern or to highlight good practice.
A summary of the report is also given to the Joint Commissioning Board for Mental Health. At the same, a quarterly newsletter is created and published by the Network for inpatients and other interested parties, with articles being encouraged from service users.
